Welcome to Curves Fitness for Women serving Buford
& Sugar Hill. We provide our members a convenient, comfortable and
motivating health club in which to workout.
The Curves workout takes just 30 minutes and includes all five components
of a complete exercise program (warm-up, cardiovascular, strength-training,
cool down and stretching). There are no gimmicks or "something
for nothing" claims. It's the toughest 30 minutes in your day,
but it works.
Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals
by providing personal encouragement and support from our trainers.
Because there are no weights or adjustments to worry about, it's easy,
safe and FUN! We provide the personal training you need, and have
at least one of our trained staff observing to ensure that you are
using good form.
